We know your time is valuable, so onboarding only takes a 30 minute phone call (or Zoom, if you’re not sick of that yet…).
While we work proactively to ensure things run smoothly 100% of the time, if something pops up and you need to get in touch with us you can reach out via your Riley portal, phone, text, email, Slack, or carrier pigeon…the pigeon’s are super unreliable so we recommend focusing on the first few options.
No. Our vendors are trusted partners that typically give the best pricing to our clients, but we are happy to work with anyone.
Nope. We know your office manager is most likely working on more exciting things like HR, payroll, and ops. We’re more than happy to help them out by taking some weight off their shoulders.
We charge $30 per employee per month. Cheaper than buying each member of your team a cup of coffee every day!
